The aim behind this course is to prepare dental student to be competent and reflective professional to meet the demands of the changing community needs and putting the care of the patient at the center of their practice through providing them with the necessary skill to actualize these objective .

This course will introduce relevant topics from humanities like Ethics ,education ,behavioral sciences and psychology ,philosophy ,religion ,economy and management , literature , dental history  , which the student need to understand their selves and their patient and profession  its relevance to their success in their practice and life in general.
